Kristina Warren is a versatile and imaginative sound artist, composer, and performer based on Narragansett land, also known as Providence, Rhode Island. Warren’s work encompasses rhythmic synth voyages, textural digital soundscapes, soothing concertina meditations and more. Recent and upcoming performances include Light & Sound Design (Brooklyn), Rhizome (DC), Flux Festival (Montréal), Experimentik (Berlin), and Neue Musik Ruprechtskirche (Vienna). On 2HIT Kristina will perform composed and improvised materials exploring the sonic terrain between rhythm and oscillation, timbre and texture, tone and noise.
