Billy Harper and Aaron Scott Visit The EVR Jazz Show August 8th

Continuing the 1st anniversary of East Village Radio’s reboot, tune in Friday, August 8th to The EVR Jazz Show (2-4PM) with Jason Wald, for a Live to Air featuring jazz legends Billy Harper and Aaron Scott.

Harper, known for his powerful tenor sax sound and work with Art Blakey, Max Roach, and Gil Evans, has led his quintet globally for over 50 years. Joining him is drummer Aaron Scott, a Grammy winner and longtime member of McCoy Tyner’s band, who also founded the Inwood Jazz Festival.
