When Galaxie 500 appeared on the scene late 80’s/early 90’s they transfixed many as a psychedelic salve pushing some perfect Velvets/Modern Lovers buttons while eminating their reverb-cloaked recordings mainly out of Kramer’s Noise New York studios. and Uncollected Noise New York 88-90 recounts many of the more subterranean documents of those years, outtakes, non-LP tracks, and eight cuts never heard before.
