Tuesday, February 24th 8-10pm ET, DJ Vivid Oblivion will present a special tribute episode highlighting the work of Scott Foust, who sadly left us on Saturday, on Two Hours In A Cellar Under A Lightbulb. Foust ran the label Swill Radio from Western Massachusetts, and was involved in many musical (and not so musical) projects going as far back as 1981. He was a tireless champion of underground figures such as Steven Stapleton, Andrew Chalk and David Jackman long before they were more well known. With Swill Radio, he also released work by figures he admired, such as RLW and The Shadow Ring. A true individual, Foust lived life on his own terms, and was in it for all the right reasons. DJ VO will play selections by his longest running project, Idea Fire Company, alongside tracks by many of his other explorations. RIP Scott Foust. Here’s to love!
