Sandwell District on Two Hours In A Cellar Under A Lightbulb, Tuesday March 4

Tuesday, March 4 Karl O’Connor (Regis) and Dave Sumner (Function) of legendary techno collective Sandwell District will be guests on Two Hours In A Cellar Under A Lightbulb at 8PM. Sandwell District has operated as a label and a production unit, with O’Connor and Sumner its core. Since the tragic passing of key member Juan Mendez (Silent Servant) in January 2024 they have been operating as a duo. DJ Vivid Oblivion will play a selection of tracks from the label’s history, and premiere a new track from the forthcoming Sandwell District LP End Beginnings, their first new album in 15 years.
