The new Magnolia Pictures documentary Swamp Dogg Gets His Pool Painted arrives at IFC Center Friday and Saturday May 9th and 10th and chronicles his suburban L.A. household shared with friends Moogstar and Guitar Shorty, transforming the place into an artistic playground. Together, they navigate the tumultuous music industry, forging a unique and inspiring bond across time and space and are joined by the likes of John Prine, Jenny Lewis, Mike Judge, and Johnny Knoxville.
