New Dark Ages presents a live performance and interview from gorenoise pioneers Anal Birth on East Village Radio. May 11th from 10pm to midnight. Viewable in the booth to the public, weather permitting.

Anal Birth was formed as a one man project in 1996 by Adam Rotella. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of the subgenre “gorenoise”, known for its over the top gore imagery and stark, humorless approach. For live performances he is joined on bass by his lifelong friend and collaborator William Smith, singer of such bands as Afterbirth, Reeking Aura and Buckshot Facelift.
