Welcoming New Friday Hosts on EVR for November

Seasons change, so does the EVR schedule. Excited to welcome three new programs to the bullpen starting November 1st! The 4-6PM ET slot now alternates: welcome to Scones with DJ Wine & Brad, taking a sampling of classic and contemporary international house and techno of all sizes and shapes. Starting November 8th the show alternates with Neonlichter’s Playing Out of Time, featuring sounds for our times, past visions of the future, vague genres that are more states of mind (dub, house, jazz, post-, proto-, punk, wave and more). 8pm ET Fridays on the first, third (and sometimes fifth) week of the month welcome to Música Infinita, hosted by Shakaito AKA Miguel Colmenares from Colectivo Futuro. Música Infinita will transport listeners across diverse musical landscapes, from the vintage rhythms of Latin America to cosmic jazz, electronica, and new music from around the globe. Each episode draws from hidden gems, timeless songs and future classics. No genres, no eras, no borders. Welcome guys. CREEM Radio still airs the second Fridays, and Dream Beat the fourth. If you’re missing Willie on the retiring Friday Jazz & Conversation, he remains alt-weekly Mondays with Joon on Lucky Dip! Finally, we premiere Plat Du Jour Friday night/Saturday morning November 8th/9th at Midnight with new host DJ Dowdydiva! She promises a freeform variety with a bit of a K-Pop nudge, airing biweekly.
